SHIPPING POLICY

All orders from Lácteos Corval destined for the United States are processed and shipped exclusively through Amazon.

Shipping times, costs, delivery methods, and logistics conditions are subject to Amazon's policies and coverage, and Amazon is responsible for the distribution process until final delivery of the product. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive tracking information directly through the Amazon platform. Corval Dairy does not ship directly or manage deliveries outside of that platform.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns of Corval Dairy products purchased in the United States are governed solely by Amazon's return policies.

In the event of receiving a damaged, incorrect or non-deliverable product, the customer must initiate the return or refund process directly from their Amazon account, within the timeframes established by the platform.
